LOL exactly.

Every amount of truth has 50% bullshit in it hiding somewhere. That kind of scenario has played out over last hundred plus years. It all reverts back to "It's not who you know, it's who you blow."

Imagine how much Halliburton is making by "rebuilding" Iraq.

Isn't it weird that Cheney has bought stock in it before 9-11?

Why feel sorry for the troops?? we have a volunteer service. If you really feel sorry try sending a care package or write a soldier a letter of appreciation and encouragement?? Personally, i am very PROUD of them not sorry for them. [patriot]

quote:
1995

Without any previous business experience, Cheney leaves the Department of Defense to become the CEO of Halliburton Co., one of the biggest oil-services companies in the world. He will be chairman of the company from 1996 to October 1998 and from February to August 2000. Under Cheney's leadership, Halliburton moves up from 73rd to 18th on the Pentagon's list of top contractors

1997

Cheney contributes to the creation of an influential right-wing policy group called the Project for the New American Century (PNAC). The group advocates for the removal of Saddam Hussein's Iraqi regime as early as January 1998, and is later revealed to be the intellectual center of the drive to war in Iraq.9
