you need a lot of parts to convert a 4cyl to 5lug.

you can either do it cheap, with take-off v8 foxbody spindles, calipers, pads, wheel bearings, and lincoln mark7 rotors (5 lug).

or go with better brakes, and get 1995 mustang spindles, calipers, rotors, pads.

in the rear you just need ranger / aerostar 5 lug axles, and drums.

www.sn95brakes.com has a parts listing, checkout the 4 lug brake upgrades section.

The cheapest kit? 5 lug rotors from a 4cyl Ranger and axles/drums from the same. Will run you about $$90 from a junkyard.
