I am selling my car but i need to pass smog first. Can someone let me borrow/buy stock headers and an h-pipe that will fit a 99 cobra?
Or, can someone help me out in another way. Also, what are the laws for selling a car that doesn’t pass smog in California? Thanks for your help.
