it's time for me to get a new battery fairly soon.. just looking to hear your guys' experiences with optima batteries as opposed to regular batteries.. are they worth it? i hear cosco has them for a good price, any other places that have them for cheap? any problems you guys ran into with them? looking to purchase a red-top if that makes any difference.. any and all input please. thanks. I forget which one red or yellow, but it was too tall for my fox. If you have a cool system in your car it will come in handy. Other than that I think they are over-rated.

I thought you knew! Mine does some crazy stuff. It comes with a tooth brush and tooth paste, it walks my dog for me and on top of that it's got it's own plumber so I just call my optima when I need some Roto Rooter service! [Big Grin]

lol at the crazy remarks.. but yeah, my car is pretty stock, recent major tune-up and is running pretty good now minus that battery. so do they fit perfectly without any problems in the battery tray? and is the red-top the right one for my car as opposed to the yellow?
