Folks, this is the official Voting poll for the 2006 CaliforniaFords Calendar Contest!!!!!

Instructions are as follows:

* VIEW all contestant pictures here:

* Click on the VOTE NOW button below. A window will pop up. Click
up to TEN (10) of your favorite pictures then click submit. The top Twelve pictures with the highest amount of votes are the winners!

* Voting will automatically end at 6:00 PM Sunday January 15th. This gives you 6 days to vote for your top stangs! I will make a post announcing the 12 winners shortly after.

The preview photos of the calendar contest numbers duplicate the numbers in the actual contest. Also most of the preview cars are not in the contest.

I know i made an error but we are not going to start over. Technically only a couple members, so far, have voted. There are still five more days for the rest of our 6000 members to vote.

The second page of cars was from last years photo contest, hence the "2005" at the top of the page. I can certainly see where that would be confusing.

You only want to vote for cars on the preview page that SpdDvl linked to.

I was the 1st one to vote early this morning not long after you posted. Pic #5 and #33 were the same picture, except one had the CAfords logo on the bottom. I even reloaded a couple of times to make sure I wasn't seeing things. Now the pics are all arranged a little different.

There should be some sort of photo shoot next time, because some of those pictures don't do the cars justice. I have seen many of those in person and they look much better. Plus you really don't want someones driveway in the background or a someones ass blocking half your car on a calendar. [patriot]

I held a photo shoot last year and the cops came and gave everyone hell. So naturally, this year, Im doing things differently. Since this is a new and exciting event we are doing within Cafords, its still working out its kinks. Maybe next year, I will hold a photo shoot again. [Smile]

I also told our members that if they wanted to photoshop a cool background for their pictures, they may do so at their own risk. What they sent me was what they wanted entered. Either way, I still think all entries look great!

A lot of the members come here only for the Drag Racing and For(d) Sale section. Those guys could care less about anything that doesn't have to do with racing mustangs. Afterall, that's why the site was started - to give drag racers a place to talk about the strip and buy/sell parts to make them go faster there.

Are you wondering how we decided the tie-breaker or how it ended up being a tie? I made a post to decide the tie-breaker vote for two out of the three cars. As for how it came to be, some people only voted for "X" amount of cars and did not use all 10 votes they could have used.

Nice cars, that seals it I am going 2 tone with my next paint. That black and orange and silver and black is off the hook. Although the final silver and black pic needs a lil adjusting as far as lighting. But still looks good. Congrats winners

Hey guys,
With a bulk shipment of 25-40 calendars, if I can sell that many, we are looking at a cost of $20 a calendar.

Trust me, for those of you who bought one last year, it was well worth it. I had them made extra glossy with a laminated front cover, etc.

With that in mind, now is your chance to decide if you still want one. I know I am purchasing at least two: one for home and one for work.

I should have the link up to begin purchasing calendars sometime by the end of today or tomorrow. We are using paypal so remember to make sure we receive your correct address with payment.

Paypal. I dont want any cash in hand from anyone. Once Cafords recieves the funds, I make a list of who paid and how many. Then its up to you to let me know in the comments with your money if you want to meet me, or have it shipped out. If you want it shipped, additional money will need to be added on. Details to follow once the first shipment comes in.

Im going to try and put important Cafords dates such as proposed cruises and our annual show date if possible. Or I might just leave it blank. You can always pen in your important dates yourselves. [Smile]

Im still working out prices. I think I might have it down to $17 a calendar. Im going to talk to the company again just to make sure [Smile]

I'M REALLY CONFUSED NOW??? I just cancelled my original Paypal payment. I then went to the store link, but it only is set up for the $23 shipped and only in quanities of 1.
