Was wondering who has or has heard of the fastest stock 302 shortblock Mustang around Norcal.Blown or Bottle or Turbo.

What I mean by stock shortblock is NEVER been apart with all STOCK Ford Internals,Cam excluded.....None of the stock NHRA class cars either becasue there "AINT SHIT stock about one of them motors"

Just sorta wonering as I have a goal im trying to set in the Black 86 GT and wanted to see what other cars may have done it

when I was stock, I ran a 7.40.. if that helps.

Your's is the fastest that I've seen, but Sheldon at BigBoy Racing has gone 10.20 with a 302 turbo not sure if its stock motor though. BTW what are you using for suspension your car looked good on the launch and the whole way down the track.

The motor Sheldon had in his car when he ran the low 10's was a rebuilt 302(thats what he told me) so it isn't a "stock" short block.
