170cc trick flow heads, trick flow piston, I beam rods,1.72F scorpion roller rickers,N41 camm using stock crank ???

Why not? Are you concerned about piston to valve clearance?

Piston valve clearance can be a problem. The rockers can hit shorter valve covers. Stock rods are good enough for EFI. I beams might be nice on a high RPM carburated motor. Long runner EFI intakes make maximum horsepower below 5500 RPM.
