I had a member that I didn't get back to and the price is about $1000 more...
On a side note PLEASE understand I cannot control every angle of the process. Myself and my salesman can only find the right car and work to get the best price. We have no control over financing or service department. My pay is 100% controlled by reviews and a member here has cost me and one of my salesmen over $1000 each this month because of an issue with the service department.
I make $50 per deal off the forum deals, and this is how I provide for my family.

bs, theres no way a member here cost you and your guy 1k each, and the 50 per deal is a lie, but if its legit how did a member cost you guys 2k total?

Feel free to stop by any time and read my pay plan. My minimum commission is $50 BEFORE tax, unless I split my deal with another department at which point it's $25. If I weren't selling the new cars at X plan (when I can) or cost on used cars I would be payed more - you are more than welcome to pay enough profit to pay me more than $50 if you come in =)
80% of the time my income is based on unit production bonuses. I'm not eligible for any bonuses if my VOC (voice of the customer)/CSI (customer service interaction) are below region average.
This member put failing marks in every category yet mentioned how we treated them great and that the service department had more or less treated them poorly (in their opinion).
