since, we're going off topic... [Big Grin]
do you have any info on the new smog test that might happen soon? i heard that we can fail if we have any changes to the ECU.

I heard that for obd II systems, there is no required sniffer test, and they plug into the diagnostic port. Its basically reading the measurements from the sensors in the vehicle. I am sure there is a visual that it must pass as well.
