SCCA is holding a rally race up near thunderhil soon. another tip is to make friend with somebody who works for a rental car company. it is always nicer racing a car you dont care about

Also, you don't need to have an import to Rally Cross, GRM wrote an article in the latest issue of a guy that competitively and successfully races a fox body mustang.
