I got a 2006 Mustang GT engine, I want to swap that into my 2002 mustang gt. I have the engine with the wiring harnes. Is it a direct fit? Or would I have to make modifications or need to do anything or order for it turn on. Please advice if anyone knows.

Not a common swap. It is a lot of work for not much gain. What's your end goal?

Physically I think it's easy to swap in but I think electrical will be your headache. Never knew people would ever swap such a crappy 3V motor into anything.
