Do you have a volt meter? What is the voltage at the alternator's power terminal bolt with the car off and with the car running?

No I don’t but I checked the alternator and it works but is not charging so I think I got something wrong when installing it

You can get free multimeters with coupons online. Do a search. It is hard to help diagnose electrical problems with out a volt meter. Obviously something isn't connected right. Did you follow any of the online 3G alternator upgrade instructions and videos?
