Anyone have an idea of what belt length i would need for a 5.0 with the AC delete kit (ford racing one which moves pump up), with underdrive pullies on crankshaft and waterpump...all other pullies stock (alt, ps, sp). I dont have the kit yet (ordered it with 84.5" belt....but i think thats the wrong length). I cant do the string method, because i dont have the kit yet. I was hoping someone with a similar setup might know.

Which kit is it? I used to run the trickflow a/c delete kit that had a tensioner on it instead of a free spinning pulley. Now I just bypassed the whole thing. 84.5" does sound right tho because I think I'm at 68"-73" if I remember right and I only run the crank and waterpump underdrive pullies.

Edit: My bad you said you have Ford Racing one. I run that one now with the power steering pump higher.

Well if you ordered it I say try it out. I forgot to look at my belt size yesterday while working on my car but 84.5" does sound like it would be in the ballpark.

With my setup, 84.5 is too long (tensioner range all the way to the right, on the line), i went with an 84 flat and it is better but not in the middle of the tensioner range. I plan on going with 83 3/4" Belt from napa auto parts, should be better (i hope).

So much better looking without the ac system in there, still need to take the condenser out.

It makes a difference on how you route it.

hmm I routed it based off what I found on the interwebs...is there several different routing methods? I used the one I found where you would use the 84.5 with the FRPP ac delete kit
