Don't think it will work because the bellhousing and transmission seems to be 1 piece therefore the bellhousing will not line up with the 302 engine and only the 4.6 from the cobra.

Stick to a t5 or 3550..I think my friend has a complete 3550 swap into a fox minus the clutch for $1200.. text him if interested 650-440-2570

Don't think the drive shaft will fit or the speedometer sensor. Maybe clutch fork clearance issues also.
