My 90 notch is running and need some help checking over the vacuum lines being routed correctly and get it running the best it can before smogging it
. Info on engine stock 302 with e303 cam, 97-down explorer intake upper/lower, mac cold air intake, jba headers, and 19lb injectors.

It starts and seems to idle fine but not sure on timing being correct and unsure on the correct idle speed for manual, was an auto mustang converted to t5 with a9p ecu. also when i attempt to drive it starting in first gear it surges and sputters

located in dublin and need help in the next two days

Well u should use a timing light a worthy investment if you plan on owning an older car such as this.

Already have a timing light, can't remember the exact spec if it's 10 degrees btdc or 12.

87 octane is fine. Also, does your cold air intake have a CARB number? if not, swap in the stock air box for smog.

^^^^ guy above is right, but you always want to run as little timing as possible. Run 7 degrees. The less timing you run, the less hydrocarbon and NOX numbers will be!! Always retard your timing as much as possible for smog.
