Belt tensioner on a 1991 Mustang 5.0 - Just replaced it (again). Earlier this year bought one from autozone and just replaced it again (still under warranty). Noticed that it makes a sound on a cold start. And it jumps a lot when the engine is running. I think it should be pretty still. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Here is a small clip of the belt tensioner with the car running

Pull the belt off and check the other pulleys, one of the other ones may be starting to bind up....

So I installed a stock tensioner and the problem went away. I guess those AutoZone one's are just bad. Thanks for the help
