I just got a 1991 GT and it has these nice roller rockers but idk how good the head are..you think I can run a f303 cam.?

not the correct spot to see the kind of heads they are, but by the look of the bit of springs i see is that they still have the stock rotate retainer cups, so i would say no, youll have to get a spring upgrade, plus a cam like that would suck on some stock heads.

Those are stock heads with factory valvetrain except ford svo roller rockers your best bet is a b303 cam
