Just acquired a set of gt40 heads that are stock and an e cam. I'm going to be running this setup with a performer intake, 65 mom tb and spacer , 24 lb injectors with 255 pump And mass air, cold air intake and 3:73. any other recommendations for this setup? I am in California so smog is in my future.....

Gears are always good.. 255lph is too much and will heat the fuel to where u lose octane. A 155 is sufficient enough! Sell e cam and get 172 rr with factory cam. Bump timing to approx 18 degrees( bring down if knock) change springs on heads to support a .550 cam to rid valve float. 19 lb injectors are good as for ur mods as well!

You'll be good with 19 pound injectors. Upgrading your valve springs on the heads is a must. Trickflow has a drop in set or alexsparts.com has a drop in kit as well, no machining needed.
