Whenever i put my foot in my car it pops extremely loud could it be timing??? I recently replaced my harmonic damper bcuz it walked

If your only putting your foot in it then you probably need to
A: lose weight
B: subframe connectors because the body is flexing and it sounds like its coming from underneath

I'm sorry but questions like this need answers like mine

It could be a few things, or it could be normal. if u dont have catalytics its pretty normal to hear popponig from the exhaust. But if you hear the popping and there is a loss of power when it does that then you may have some kind of issue like a bent intake or exhaust valve.

Is there a loss of power when it backfires?

It could also be too much timing or too little, it could also be one or more cylinders isnt receiving any spark(check ur plugs and plug wires to ensure they are transferring current and not corroded). if u have spark in each cylinder and its still backfiring check the timing, it should be between 10*&14* BTDC

Distributor pip could be going bad as well! Does it ever clear up? Stall? Hard start??
