has any one had clearance issues with 9" wide rims running 245's with coilovers?
have sn95 front spindles, aje k member, adjustable control arms, kyb's with 12" spring on coilovers, & caster camber plates. just ordered the rims and want to know if i will run into clearance issues, looks like a tight fit.
feel free to pm or txt, need to know asap..

Does anyone have personal experience with the 17 x 9 wheels. I have read that the widest up front should be 17x8.

I have 17x9 Cobra R's with 255/40 on my 91, with Maximum coilovers:

 -

and have 17X9" Cobra R's on my 91 Coupe with 275/40's

 -

Yes, the fenders are fiberglass, but the tires and wheels still have plenty of room next to the Bilstein/MM coilover.

So you don't have any problems with the 255/40/17? Are you using spacers or steering limiters? I want to be ready when I get my wheels.

I run 17x9 wheels with 245/45-17 tires on my 87 fox with sn95 spindles and they rub the fenderwells at full lock in either direction.
