WHAT IS THE BEST AOD TRANS FOR A 89 MUSTANG? HAVE A 5 SPEED BUT WANT TO PUT IN A AUTO WITH A TRANSBRAKE. I WANT TO BUILD A MOTOR WITH A E303 CAM AND AFR HEADS AND CARB INTAKE. THANKS FOR THE INFO.

I looking into getting a Lentech AOD. It gives you 1-2-3 and a switch for OD.
