detroit locker. nothing else comes close, unless you want to use a spool which is not very friendly on the street

yes, ive had both but i didnt run the spool on the street.the detroit is a gear posi that well ratchet around corners as oppossed to a spool that has no give. another good gear posi that ive also ran is the true-track its just as tuff but a little less ridged around the corners than the detroit. you are more likely to break an axle than any of these three diffs. Detroit Locker and nothing else! No one here puts nearly as much torque through their rear end as me and my Detroit holds up to it fine! Very street friendly too! Detroit Locker is a full locker. Truetrac is a limited slip. Go Detroit Locker or go home!
