went to vic hubbards they wouldn't sell it to me cuz i had a 90 and up..lmk if its even possible..or if anybody has done such a conversion

yea but i aint trying to swap my colum from my 89...there has to be one that fits.....no one has done this???

swap it so you have tilt steering.
its illegal to remove safety equipment from cars.

why not? It's like 6 bolts and you have to unplug 4 things

Air bags! after 90 the air bags were an option so they won't sell you the parts if you can remove the air bag. Even though you might not have one. Go to any race shop (store or online) and buy one. They aren't too expensive. Get the splined version not the HEX version. Too much play in the hex.
