Who can I get interested in a short Christmas Light Cruise? Saturday evening 12/21/13. Through 2 of Fremont's Decorated up nieghbor hoods. "Crippsmas Place" between Decoto/Thornton & Espada Ct. Near Mission/Walnut. Then we'll drive up Old Niles Blvd./Alvarado Niles Rd. to Mountain Mikes Pizza Union Landing, Union City for Pizza dinner. We'll be meeting for this evening adventure off Ca-84 and Newark Blvd. In the old Orchard Supply parking lot. 5655 Jarvis Ave. Newark between 6:00-6:30pm. Come on out and enjoy a Lil Christmas Spirit with your friends.
Route out from Newark will be
Ca-84 East/Decoto to
Right on Cabrillo to
Left on Nicolet (cruise the courts) then to
Right on Fremont Blvd. to
Left on Walnut Ave. to
Right on Zacate (cruise the courts, Espada is the 2nd court in) then to
Right/North on Mission Blvd. to
Left on Niles Blvd. through Old Town Niles up to Union Landing, Mountain Mikes / Krispy Kreme.

Another cool view is to drive up and down niles canyon to see the train of lights. I get the pleasure of seeing it on my drive home every Wednesday and Friday nights. They also run on Saturday and Sunday.

What time do ya think you'll make it by? We could hold up & wait a bit for you. Or any of you running a little later, just let me know.
It seems my club was doing this annually. But had no one volunteer to organize it this year, so I threw this together over last weekend.
It's a good cruise for you and your girl or family. Girls love shiny things, lol.
