Hey J, any news from Bob? I really want him to fix the tune he did, so I can be done. And before this thing gets filled up and he says he can't do it.

haven't heard from him about this but best bet would be to show up in the Afternoon on the 11th sometime and see what he could get done for you. both days should be pretty easy but I know on the 10th we can't and will not squeeze anyone else in...
the 11th is your best bet ..I just don't want to take any time away from people who are paying for Bob's and dyno time. [ November 01, 2012, 04:55 PM: Message edited by: CornOil_&_Boost ]

I don't want to drive about 1.5hr on a best bet. I wouldn't have a need to come back a second time if my issues would have been corrected the day the car was tuned back in March. But as you explained to me over the phone that day, he was so busy that he couldn't fix it as he already had moved to the next car and that any my codes/issues could be handle over the phone, unfortunately as you can see im still dealing with my issues so now Im just looking to get fix like it should have been. Trust me had I know this would have been an issue like it has been, I would have told my cousin not to pay until everything was properly corrected.

I sent him another email because because the fact that I'm not paying this time should make no difference in him making time to fix in issue in his tune. [ November 02, 2012, 02:24 AM: Message edited by: Beasty5.0 ]

I agree with you..he should handle it since your his customer..but it shouldn't take away from anyone else since they are paying the dyno shop...and not Bob for the time...I think you should be able to understand that...
I'm not sure why he can't just handle whatever you need though..but then again, I am not an employee of his nor do I work for him....I am a customer as well..
Hopefully, we can keep the rest through PM's.... [ November 02, 2012, 03:06 AM: Message edited by: CornOil_&_Boost ]

Just an FYI we've got to be done by 5pm. My wife has evening plans and I've got to watch my daughter.
We will be running a tight/quick passed schedule to allow ample time for Bob to properly dial in each vehicle. So get ALL necessary work completed BEFORE showing up for tuning. Although we are a fully stocked shop, do not expect to have full access to our lifts / tools. Our insurance prevents us from allowing anyone other than those listed on our policy from working on vehicles in the shop. If your vehicle needs work and you need shop facilities, we must do the work for you and you will get an invoice for said work.
In other words, if you have Iron heads with Tapered seat plugs, don't have Gasket style spark plugs installed. Same goes for Aluminum headed 5.0's that take Gasket seat plugs, NGK TR6's are NOT the correct plug. Spark plug gaps for boosted applications need to be set BEFORE arriving to the shop, etc, etc.
All vehicle owners will sign a waiver releasing AED for any and all liability before their car is strapped down for dyno pulls.
If anyone has a problem with any of this, feel free to re-schedule your tuning appointment with Bob at another shop.

Thanks Shaun..We've pretty much outlined those rules for people before this. Regardless of what happens...if it needs work, none of us will be touching the car at all unless you want work performed at AED.
We should be done by 5 on both days. I don't see it being an issue at all. And thanks again for fitting us all in
