Man, That track sucks a big fat bowl of d*ck !!!!!!
Guess I should look into getting studded snow tires for traction !!!
Left at 4500 in Redding and bogged, Left at 2500 tonight at Sears Point and pitched the whole car sideways, then went sideways again in second.
Left at idle on the second run and STILL spun my drag radials
The last time I went to Sears Point I told myself not to go back, but after a year, I guess my dumb ass forgot.
Does anyone have any luck hooking up at Sear Point?

Brian

I know the stock H-pipe is hurting the performance, but it is there until I can get a Bassani X-pipe w/cats

Well, The first run was a 16.87 @ 65 mph !!! LOL. When I left the line, I pulled the it out of first gear and then smoked ALL of 2nd and let off after shifting into 3rd
I ran a 13.62 @ 105.3 with a rather impressive 2.457 60ft leaving at idle
That run got me sent home, Which was my goal to start with.

Time for Sac !!!!
Later
Brian

Brian,

You should try and hit up Sac this Saturday night. They'll have a well prepped track and it's heads up racing.

What time are the races starting on Sat?
stocker, Your ET Streets are probably another good reason for your 1.8x 60 ft times

You have to learn sears point. My first few times out, I couldn't break 13.50's, last time I went there, I ran 12.96 @ 113 w/ a 2.06 60', that's w/ close to 400rwhp and STREET TIRES.

Just learn the track. Sac. is way better though, definately. I ran 12.81 w/ a 1.95 on the same tires, in 80* heat and humidity, that was shifting the car too high as well.
