Ppl need some work done at competitive prices, residential. Want to sheetrock and tape that old garage? Want to go all out and throw some texture? Maybe have an old obsolete boiler that needs an upgrade? Little miscellaneous plumbing around the house? Need a vanity installed; or some cabinets. My co worker is a handy man and I've been doing a couple side jobs with him and he wants to expand. Anyone need a quote feel free to PM me. He is local to the penisula side of the west bay area.
