It's not a dyno, but Willie out at Dirty racing in Virginia knows his shit.
I went through him for mine and he pretty much nailed it.. car ran like it had been on a dyno and tuned. All the dude does all day long.
Mine was a 95 cobra with a 12lb vortech/42s/90mm maf/etc.

People still pay people to tune their cars, it’s 2018 there are many better options available these days.
