Any Trump supporters alarmed? When he was trying to get your vote he said "I Will Never EVER Infringe On Your RIGHT To Keep And Bear Arms!" Suspicious words spoken from an older guy that had been a Democrat for 50 years. 50 years a Democrat and just before running for president he becomes a so called gun loving Republican.

In the case of the shooter in Florida. There was pleanty of probable cause to put a hold on his firearms. The state, Local and federal government failed. Not sure why Trump is out of line with his comment. It wasn't directed at all gun owners. Only the ones that have been show to have serious mental problems. I understand how that can be a slipery slope...... But I understand that we can come up with a better/proactive system, that can step in and evaluate someone if they're showing real signs on mental illness. The shooter showed he wasn't fit to own any guns/wepons with the way he had been acting for years.

What other constitutional rights are you okay with having taken away and given back to you after you hire a lawyer and go to court for months or years?
Freedom of speech? You okay with being arrested for what you say and after you hire a lawyer and go to court you might be let out of jail?
You're not free if your government can take your property first and give you a trial on whether they were right to do so second.
I'd like to remind you two of the fourth amendment to your constitution-----

This what I also believe.
When the cops find someone running naked in the streets. They can do a 51/50 hold for X amount of hours. This kid in Florida showed MORE THAN ENOUGH REASON to have action brought against him.
Freedom of speech stops when you are theatening to kill someone, especially the POTUS, robbing banks, commiting felony crimes, looking and sharring child porn.
I hate the idea of the State, City/County & Federal government having the final say in my owning a firearm. But I'd rather have had this kid stopped from being able to buy any rifle or pistol, with his past mental record.

Greetings from the Future,
just wanted to let you know that Generation Z is running our country, What we most fear came a reality! They changed the 2nd amendment!! And few other things in the constitution thanks to the old farts running the country scaring the shit out of them back in the day with all those mass shootings, now owning a gun is illegal and punishable with life in prison, only the Federal government is allow to carry loaded firearms. It's chaos now that there's only working class and the aristocratic!! .....
Ok bye.
Oh! and there's a WAR over purified water, water has more value than painite! People don't shower anymore and Kids don't believe me that back in the day we use to wash our body's and Water the lawn with it.
Ok bye.
Oh one more thing,
people are aging quickly! Life span is 35years old for the working class and 100+ for the well born.
Ok bye now I really need to go! My one hour a week of privacy is about to expire and cameras will turn on soon by law we need to have security cameras in our own home so they can be monitoring us.

All of you so called Republicans supporting Trump's war against the 2nd amendment are just like the so called Democrats that supported Obama bombing 7 predominantly Muslim countries.
Trump said he's going to take your guns and then have a trial about it later. Who will decide if you're mentally ill and don't deserve guns? Maybe you supported a guy that said he loves the 2nd amendment, and that same guy 2 years later starts taking away your 2nd amendment rights but you still support him. Some say that makes you mentally ill. Now give the government your gun until the lawyer you pay for can prove you're sane.
--- Don't forget the rest of what Trump said. He's going to expand background checks to firearms purchased at gun shows and on the internet.
--- Trump said he's going to ban "bump stocks"
--- Trump said he's going to limit young adults from purchasing higher caliber runs.
His list gets longer every week. I don't care if a politician has a "D" or "R" next to his name. Anyone that takes my constitutional rights away is an opponent!

As for bump stocks and the like, who needs em, anyways? Plenty of other ways to modify weapons to be full auto if you want, even printing them in your living room made of composites and plastics, using plans obtained from the internet, lol.
They aren't going to start banning metal shops, wood shops, 3d printers, etc are they?
We should just nerf the world. Sugar and salt kill more than guns each year. This is ridiculous.

1st amendment ---- noble peace prize winner president drones a US born citizen and a few weeks later the same constitutional law professor president drones his child. Never charged with a crime. No evidence presented. No judge, no jury. Just death. All we know is he talked shit on youtube. The right didn't say anything because even though he was son of a doctor and born in San Diego he was Muslim. Fake news outlets and the so called left didn't care because anything a half African noble peace prize winner, constitutional lawyer college professor does was okay with them. 4th amendment --- your loss of the right to be free of unreasonable searches and seizures is is the most blatant of all your constitutional violations. You might not own a gun and you might not talk bad about America on youtube. That doesn't stop all your emails, texts, GPS locations are recorded and shared with the government.
All of the communication of everyone is recorded by default. Not just bad guys or people they have warrants for. Everyone. That means you. Are you really free when you think about it?
You sound very willing to negotiate and limit your constitutional rights. Not everyone agrees with you.

I'm well aware. This is why I live in a conservative area where guns and such are a normal everyday part of life.
There's also no smog law after the 1st one here. Big bonus points.

Conservative means preserving past tradition and existing order. It has nothing to do with the 2nd amendment. Liberal means advocating for change and new ideas. The use of guns is a historically proven good way to bring about change. Those strongly against the 2nd amendment aren't liberal according to any definition of liberal you'll find in a dictionary. Most people make up their own definition of conservative and liberal. Not any definition in a dictionary, but a definition taught to them by what ever fake news outlet they consume. The argument you make sounds like as long as your state county doesn't abridge your 2nd amendment rights, you're okay with your fellow American's 2nd amendment rights being abridged. The Divided States of America. Equality and Justice for Some.
