How is the death penalty even remotely close to justice? This piece of shit shouldnt get that easy of an out. How about keep him in prison for life and hes the prison whore, taken to a special room every day to get his ass pounded by any inmate that wants to get off. This is how useless humans should be dealt with and in the long run people will think before they are about to commit disgusting crimes.

i would rather not see him get the death penalty
if he gets it,then there is 10-20 years of appeals in the court system while he is on death row and protected from gen population
this way,it will be handled in house.....i dont even give him 2 years being alive!

Why does he even have an attorney? It's clear as day what he did. Why the fuck is anyone protecting that puto or trying to help? Let the fucker dig himself in a deeper hole. Justice is best served cold. Don't allow him to escape gen pop, possibly a relative from a victim is in there and will handle it.

Agree. Police even testify and were caught carrying toy guns to plant on people they shoot to frame them. FBI, Police, etc extract more and more of American's tax money every year but don't keep us safe. Instead they keep the status quo.
We need to stop supporting these historically corrupt American institutions until they change. Shouldn't the swamp draining have started by now???

Guys, Trump wrote a book named Art of the Deal in which he explains his negotiating tactics. In this case he is giving them their best deal up front. He knows they won't take it, just like he gave them their best DACA deal recently up front and they didn't take it. Now they will be offered worse and worse deals (from their perspective) because that's how he negotiates with people like this, and quite successfully.
