Hey don't get mad at me, I was told Mac Dre was played out by the Top Ramen guy who ended up selling his Mustang project for a black C5 vette.
I'm just an old guy who listens to 90s rap and shit. [ 2016-07-28, 01:05 AM: Message edited by: 135.0 ]

You live under a rock? I just seen two C7 Z06's yesterday alone. One yellow one red. And as for that mileage and price for a vette compared to a low mileage rare mystic I don't know what to tell you because the thought would've never crossed my mind. Someone enter the Russell Westbrook gif.

With that many miles, you will have almost twice as many miles as your cobra! In my opinion, either keep searching for a lower mileage Z06 or keep the cobra.
Yes, the Z06 is likely a better car, but for that price (high $20s), it would be hard for me to make the jump with the assumption that the previous owner "had his fun" already. At this point, I'm sure you will have to start replacing parts since there will be an 'unknown' regarding its maintenance history. At least with the cobra, assuming you maintained it yourself, you can feel comfortable driving and beating on it.

I've seen more Porsches and ferraris than c7 z06s. There is a law office down the street from my job and there is always high end cars coming in and out of there.
I don't think many corvette people liked the c7 z06. [ 2016-07-28, 09:27 AM: Message edited by: adower ]

If he wanted the best overall car in that price range, the GTR is where its at.

I agree. I just can't get myself to really like the way the gtr looks.

C6Z06. Easy choice. Would be a bit hesitant on getting one with 91k miles though. Corvette tax is a real thing on replacement parts/mods.

Say no to the GTR, it gets boring real quick. The interior feels like as if you are sitting behind a huge rock.
Don't get a C6z06 with more than 45k miles used. Value isn't there after they hit 50k+

C6Z06 - lighter, more power (stock for stock), more track capable, interior is a BIT updated over a new edge (albeit, still Fisher Price). Like others have said, be aware of the "Vette Tax" - Replacing the 18/19" tires (325? rear section), clutch jobs require dropping the rear cradle, and factor in a head job on the LS7 since the valves aren't what they should be (unless already addressed).
