I only send letters through the mail with special seals on the back and invisible ink. Inside a regular looking letter.... That way BIG BROTHER can't track my conversations.

Because they're spending most their resources doing forensics, not intelligence. Intelligence is to predict future events. Forensics is to go back in time and investigate a crime, policing. They record all calls, emails, texts and locations of everyone's phones so they can go back in time and do policing after a crime has been committed, not to prevent it.
Also, it's the government, when are they ever on top of things? Government is another word for inefficient and incompetent. Except when it comes to collecting taxes, that they're good at. ![[patriot]](graemlins/patriot.gif)

Yes, Obama only grew the Bush era NSA--CIA--FBI--POLICE spying capabilities on its citizens. It took a brave American, Edward J. Snowden to give journalists documents they needed to prove to us that what you say, who you say it to and where you are when you say it is always recorded.
