Just wanted to know if thiers a diffrances between 97 cobras brakes or 03/04 cobras brakes.

Pretty much the same. 94 to 98 front calipers have smaller pistons than the 99/04 versions. I prefer using the smaller piston versions on a Fox brake upgrade.
