Author Topic: Mechanic Auto Shop Opportunity exchp6400 ¯ Member # 4803 posted                              Hey guys, so I have a shop in Livermore about 1,500 sq feet and looking into sharing the space with someone looking to start an auto mechanic business/side work. I don't use the space to its fullest potential as I am a car dealer and cars are always in and out. If there is anyone with above average knowledge in auto repair/maintenance/ troubleshooting and looking for an enclosed location with a lift to work out of, let me know. We would split the lease payment. 24hr access and I would even shoot you some work on my end for cars that I buy that need work. Let me know...
