Honestly, that's plenty of time to get it done. But if not, then it's time to move on.

If this painter turned his excuses into work ethnic you would be all right. Its funny to me hes month's behind and many missed deadlines and he says on here that its a frame off mustang job, like he didn't know that before he made the deadlines.

If he can't even meet a deadline HE made with something as simple as snapping some pictures of the progress and posting them, I doubt the job is going to get done.

The problem is something that happens much too often in this business. they accept way too many jobs and don't plan accordingly with deadlines given. Sucks for the customer when they got personal agendas on how the build of the car will progress.

You do realize that the painter has had the car since February and so far, all that is posted are a couple jams and the underside of the hood painted? It doesnt take 5 months to paint a damn car. That and the fact we are now almost 3 months past the ETA the PAINTER gave. I would be pissed off to the max if i was in op's shoes since we are now in the prime months of the car show season and OP's car is primered and in 100 pieces at a paint shop still.
