This shit happened here in CA, so I would just hit him up with a small claims court and use the other guys as witnesses. You can sue up to $7500 or $10,000 now. Shit it costs less than a $100.00 to file and you can have state of Florida serve him. This should be easy with all the witnesses

Dan already has a judgment against him already and the girl has not collected anything in 10 years! I know it sucks but it might be time to let it go. Thepolice aint gonna do anything. Especially with him being out of state. Unless you guys are gonna go to Florida and do a Tony Montana on him sitting here on Cafords calling him names aint gonna solve anything.

She may have not known all his info, if you know where he works, you can garnish his wages, You can put a lean on his nice Camaro... and at the end if you don't get shit, unpaid judgments are really bad for your credit, so lets destroy his credit.
I had a judgment for a motorcycle and never collected anything, but the guy lost a job of a lifetime due to this unpaid judgments.
