California isn't playing. They just had a mobile smog guys in montclair and today they are on san leandro st between 92nd and 85th. Just a heads up

I've heard a few times its optional they can't force you to smog your car.

I got inside info that they are targeting Mustangs with off road exhaust and cold air intakes.
