So tonight i came across some info that tootpaste could clear up foggy headlights. Since my headlights didnt light the road up for sh*t i decided i would try and.damn what a diffrence, it was like they were brandnew. Has anyone tried it? If not give it a try before buying some expensive ass stuff that wont work. I know you all have toothpaste unless you are a filthy mother effer [Big Grin]

It works OK! Be prepared to do that once a week or so cause it will change yellow again quick

ive used toothpaste but it didnt come out perfect but the turtle wax headlight restore kit from kragan works great and stays clear

Blue magic headlight cleaner works really good, and its only 8 bucks or so

Did you use Colgate or crest? [Razz]

They will stay clean if you shoot em with some clear after you get them looking good. The fogging is the plastic reacting with the atmosphere and oxidizing.

Did it on my maxima a couple years ago. Worked very well. Took 10 minutes.

Rainx headlight restorer works real good too its a 3 step process my light were yellow now look almost new and havent touch them since and it has been about 9 months
