Maybe Obama should have signed that Keystone pipeline a while back huh? Maybe we should have created a pipeline and develops our oil here, or at least had the infrastructure set up better. That way when they try and pull this shit, they will only be hurtin themselves and it won't affect us.

It's so strange to me that something this obvious is not understood by everyone. It seems suicidal not to do this but we continue down the same pass of independence on these creeps. This counrty needs to be energy independent or we are doomed.

Nation building is retarded. We should have never went... But since we did, we should have went old school on them...
We should have went in, killed the men, enslaved the women and children, looted the entire country for natural resources, and nuked what was left so the land would be uninhabitable for generations.

All joking aside, you'd be surprised at how many people feel that way today. Sad part is that the US has not outright won a "war" since WWII. I have a feeling that the population back in the 40's would have whole heartedly approved of such measures. Different generation for sure. A lot tougher. Seems like politicians and military brass today have forgotten how start, wage and end a war where the defeated would never dream of statements like this Iraqi "diplomat" made. Imagine if some German or Japanese official had made a statement like this after WWII? Can you say firing squad?

Yes, people should have stayed home.
Every civilian who died there was a innocent victim, just like any one of us or our relatives here at home. There were no weapons of mass destruction. It's somewhat surprising to see people still have a want to want to kill or enslave innocent people.
