99flyer i always wondered what serramonte ford did with a car i traded in...it was a while ago, maybe 98 or 99. i traded in a 94 ranger 2.3 with full airbag suspension. it had an air leak in the system so i decided to get rid of it. when i pulled up to park it, the ranger eventually layed frame because the leak was bad...i told them about it, but they wanted to make the sale regardless...how does that work? it was undrivable at that point, so i drove off in my brand used 97 tacoma lol
just curious, are dealerships that desperate for a sale in a case like that? did it go to auction? how the hell did they drive it off, or even tow it? literally the frame was killing ants lol

lol, we simply drag them to auction. Normally we pay auction value for a car like that. We have a service dept that can handle pretty much any problem.
