This thread is to help everyone buying or selling a car via dealership.
NEW FORDS
If you are looking for anything new, I am offering these cars at discounted prices (will do my best to work off of an invoice cost but will vary by vehicle).
I can also locate vehicles if needed, although I would like to personally earn your business over any other dealership.
USED CARS
Discounted pricing is offered on all used cars as long as you have an appointment set up before hand. Used cars are touchy; if we own a used car for "too much" it is obviously not the right buy, so please don't be upset if the cost is not what you'd be willing to pay.

Asking price on the white 5.0 is $36,988. There isn't a book value for preowned 13's yet so it makes it tough. Managers took original msrp ~$38k plus upgrades and warranty into account. I haven't calculated a CAFords price but it will be lower than $36,988.
As for the black 5.0 we just took it in trade last night and I haven't seen numbers in it at all. I did take pictures of it today though and it should hit the lot within a week or two.

I'm thinking about going new as well. It even used but from what I have read, people are getting the new ones for right at 30k with all the rebates! Is this true? Can you work that out? I would rather buy new then used unless I'm actually saving money!

Awesome! No I think the only people that are still around since then are Stan Thomas, Dennis Howe, and Alta Wheeler...as far as the sales side goes. I know a lot of the service guys have been around for forever..

ATTENTION
We just took in another Cobra! This is a rare thing for us, but has happened twice now. 95gtdrop can attest, this is a quick car to sell. I will be taking SERIOUS (cash/credit in hand) appointments on the car this week. It was taken in trade today so expect the appointments to be visual only, no driving, until the car makes it through safety inspections.
The process goes as follows:
The car will wait its turn behind all other trades for smog/safety UNLESS an offer and potential contract is signed on the car. The contract is based on you driving the car and you DO NOT have to take delivery in the end if it does not meet your standards. That is the ONLY way to speed the process of it hitting the lot.
Eric made an offer on the car that he would back up, and we pushed the car to the front of the line. When it was available that week, he drove it, loved it, and we wrapped it up.
The car is a 2003 (sorry, I may have said 2004 in some PMs) Oxford White Coupe. It has just under 46k miles and has a 4 owner 0 accident history report.
Very clean car, was traded in on a new 5.0 from a previous marine who was recently in Hawaii (with the Cobra, for those interested in the weather it's been in).
Car is currently on staggered XXR wheels and slicks but it is my understanding that the car will be returned to stock wheels.
There is also a Borla exhaust, and any other mods will be posted in this post when I know for sure.

Ok for anyone interested in the 03 cobra:
Rather than edit my post above it seems more honest to add this. After posting it for sale I went to take pics, and noticed something familiar, a part I had seen elsewhere. I asked a friend if he knew anything about the car and he said the car has a bad tune. It has a 2.3L Whipple supercharger and bad supporting mods. The car MAY still go up for sale, if it does, it has to pass smog and will most likely be returned fully to stock form first. Any aftermarket parts can be purchased separate (because we have to pay for the stock parts) but will not come with the cobra.
So buyers be alerted the car as it sits now is not something I would recommend but your money spent is your decision.
Lastly, if the car is too far modified for us to return to stock we will be wholesaling it, anyone here with a wholesalers license may PM me about purchasing it as is with no smog.

We had a used 13, sold it Sunday.
As far as new 2014 goes I can usually knock at least $3,000 off the MSRP (on Lariat) and there's $2500 in rebate ($3500 if you finance through FMCC).
IF a 2013 new model was available, I could do the same discount from MSRP but the rebate is $3000 ($4500 if you finance through FMCC).

We were in there buying some parts then went looking at a used 2012 black raptor which I was interested in trading our 2010 f150 fx4 for that we bought from you guys last year, nobody approached me and I even called in on it, spoke to some internet sales guy, then he was supposed to call me back the next morning when he got in and never did. I was fairly interested in the Raptor but really did not appreciate being blownoff, especially considering the amount of business my family and I have done with Future Ford.
There are some other details to the story as well but I will leave that off the public board, just wondering why sometimes they roll out the red carpet and give great customer service and sometimes it is the complete opposite.
For the record we had a very good experience when buying the last F150.

You know what, that was actually my salesman. I take part of the blame for that. He was with a customer and asked me to call you and I totally forgot, I apologize.

Ok I told tyler I would post a review. First thing I will say is tyler did do his job going to bat for me. I have no complaints about him or his service. Nice guy and strait forward. With that being said, it's a "stealership" so of course once the deal left tyler to go to finance, things got rocky! I will recommend 2 people from this dealer. Tyler Swedensky(sales manager) and shay haggin (finance consultant) if you go there ask to deal with only these 2! They will be stair forward as take care of you!

Feel free to stop by any time and read my pay plan. My minimum commission is $50 BEFORE tax, unless I split my deal with another department at which point it's $25. If I weren't selling the new cars at X plan (when I can) or cost on used cars I would be payed more - you are more than welcome to pay enough profit to pay me more than $50 if you come in =)

This member put failing marks in every category yet mentioned how we treated them great and that the service department had more or less treated them poorly (in their opinion).

Dealer surveys are definitely part of compensation. A bad survey fuuuuucks you up on bonuses etc. shitty customers don't realize this even when you do everything right. I've spoken to customers before in the last and they were like, I gave you a 7 because I'm my world that is a good score.

Na on a serious note though, companies also need to understand the view point from a customer perspective. When we do business it isn't business with just a certain company's department. It is the company as a whole. When one waitress at a restaurant doesn't service as well as they should, the whole company is hit for that one bad review.
You were there when SYNC malfunctioned...first night the Sales Reps are suppose to show you how to use SYNC. Being a Sale Manager I was hoping you could help out and voice out and reach out to the Service guys who did not want to do any type of warranty work on a brand new car and not to mentioned I decided to give the extra paid warranty a try when doing financing...well that didn't work out. 480 on the Odometer when I said F it and sold the car to a used car company taking the hit on my trade in downpayment and a couple months of payment. Driving to work 80 miles a day round trip with the SYNC shutting off the radio on and off continuously was annoying as hell...anyway, I have no beef with Tyler or Ronnie. They were both good guys. I still remember Ronnie's face when he couldn't sell me on dealer mark up though. I was actually suppose to meet another dude I already had negotiated with on my trade in and what not. He pushed me aside to Ronnie and had to waste more time negotiating again...I thought I was getting a good deal, but the Dealer had to have known they were getting a better deal by selling a car not fit to sell. The things wrong with my car would have been caught during delivery inspection.
Anyway...I had to post up my own honest opinion. It is my fault in the end for not inspecting the car 100% before signing the paperwork but I figured why would a dealer sell me a car not fit to go out? You would also figure the dealer would try their best to fix what is wrong....This can be moved if it needs to or deleted...I guesss.
For people buying cars and are perfectionists or OCD, INSPECT EVERYTHING before you SIGN!! Lesson learned. Moving on. Tyler is a great guy, he tried his best I suppose.
BOTH Future FORDS DO have mark ups! BUT they will work on pricing with you! The sales guys are great guys out there to "EARN" their money and your "INITIAL" satisfaction. With all due respect, if I ever find something I want from you guys I will stop by and buy again. As for service...I will break the car myself...
I am outz, probably won't be back in a nice ride for a while...LOL...

For any members interested, please continue on any requests for quotes.
The deal mentioned above was sold BELOW invoice, and there was no additional products sold in finance on the final contract due to approval issues on both seller and purchasers end.
Full disclosure: EVERY AUTO MANUFACTURE GOES THROUGH RECALLS AND QC ISSUES. As a sales manager I can't fix them, any service department cannot fix something they cannot duplicate.
And yes we have a markup on every single new car (down to Fiesta S) I can't remove them all before a member shows up to shop so you guys will have to be ok with just getting prices below msrp/invoice regardless of how the rest of the cars are priced.

Also it duplicated for the guy handling "due bills" but his manager somehow wouldn't take that into consideration either...I just randomly came on here to see if there were any mustangs I could be interested in and browsing around.
A company is a company as a whole, like I mentioned previously. A department does not separate them from a company. One department's willingness to not help their paying customer is the fault of the company. I even had Ford try to step in and help, which the dealer still refused.
Also again...nice GT350. Also again, I have no hard feelings with you. Like I mentioned previously, if there is a car I like at your lot in the future, I will come buy from you guys again...dunno how I can stress this or endorse this anymore than I already have...Thanks again. It is great to see people you know doing big things. This goes for you too. You may not think the same but I could care less. I am doing me and you are doing you. I am not hating on you but I am jealous of the GT350. LOL.

That one we actually took off the lot. We can't certify mustangs right now due to airbag recall and this one made it on the lot with full aftermarket suspension (good parts too) but I believe they wholesaled it when they found out.
