this weekend NASA is having there 25 hour enduro at thunderhill. teams are coming from around the world. over 85 cars are entered racing starts sat at 11:00am.. 9:30-10:30 is pre grid and you can walk on the track and see the cars lined up.

you name it. probably a datoyna prototype, porsche cup cars testing for daytona.
factory five GTM, coupe, and cobra
2 cars from england 1 from france and from new zeland
regular NASA cars bmw,posche,miata probably an open wheel

Besides some really cool cars, there are some famous drivers if you at all follow sports car racing. I've been fortunate enough to drive in it the last three years and it's a memorable experience. Best time is to watch the start on Saturday, everything pretty much spreads out as darkness approaches.

harley56 what car are you driving. i'v been driving it the last 5 yrs. the 1st 25 i crewed chief one of the cobras but we crash out early.

Seems to me I remember a Cobra crash - bummer! I assume you're a Factory Five guy? Amongst various classes I've done some CMC stuff, but that's kind of lost participation of late. Anyway, most recent ride in the 25 was a second generation RX7, but those things just don't cut it anymore. We were going to do a Panoz GTS this year, but decided consumables might be a little pricey, so maybe back at it next year.
