93 cobra motor getting swapped into a 88 5spd 5.0 hatch mass air car.. I have the 93 ecu harness and 93 headlight harness. What other harness do I need to make it all work?

You don't need any harness. Yours works.

What NEIGHT said. The AOD and T5 O2 sensor harnesses are different. Not a problem for you. The AOD O2 harness can be re-pinned to work with a T5 EEC.
