I changed my spark plugs and oil on Sunday and after I turned it on I developed a misfire on cylinders 5 & 6. It's a 97 cobra. Plugs are tr6 gapped at 28 like I always gap them too. I changed wire to different cylinders misfire didn't change, I swapped spark plugs to different cylinders still the same, I put old plugs back in no change, I swapped coil packs still the same 5 & 6. I checked for injectors for pulsation with a stethoscope I could hear them. Only thing I can think off is maybe I lost compression on those to cylinders. I have no check engine light. Car ran great before oil and spark plug change

On my factory gauge between the A and L on normal, I don't have an aftermarket gauge to see actual psi.

check and make sure the spark plugs are tight, also make sure oil is not filling in the plug wells on those cylinders. if not ignition related you may have a bad headgasket since its two cylinders next to each other.
