So i recently changed my coil cap and rotor to a new msd coil cap and rotor and now my car sputters around 2500 rpm also did new ford racing wires rps drop and picks up again didn't have the problem before i changed those parts any ideas

Check spark plug wiring for correct firing order and check timing.
If not then go back to stock cap if that doesn't fix it check for arching at night. If it's pitch black and the wires are bad you will see a light show.

Ford Racing wires have been known to have bad crimps at the ends.

I've had the same problems with new MSD wires too. Never had a problem with Live Wires though.
