Showing these codes on A 2002 v6 mustang. I just changed the spark plugs not too long ago, maybe 8k mi. What's yall opinions? Thank you.

vacuum leak or bad coil, start by trading the coil for number 4 to a different one.

Thanks for your input, I forgot the mention that, I have replaced the coil packs when I replaced the spark plugs.

Or a bad fuel injector ,or a burnt valve, or a leaking head gasket,or a cracked head.

A vacuum leak can and will cause a misfire.

Pulled plug #4 out.

Got it diagnosed by a shop. Said that #4 fuel injector wasn't functioning. Changed the injector today. And codes still showing up for #4 misfire. Any thoughts? There is spark going towards the spark plug.

Take it back to them a tell you will not take the car back in till the misfire is fixed.
