So I cam up on a 65mm thottle body installed it and set the tps to .803. Is that where it needs to be? Do I need to do any thing else to it before I start driving it around?

Voltage should be closer to .98 or so. Most foxes idle better and like that setting

I was wondering why the idle was horrible. That's it though for adjustments?

there is a stop screw on the throttle body that controls the throttle blade. You can adjust that a bit for better idle control. It may also change your TPS voltage so after you adjust it check it. As long as its around .92 - .98 it shouldn't be an issue.
If you get idle surge you will need to clear the computer and disconnect the IAC and set base idle via throttle stop screw.

Get a meter put a needle in the green wire coming from the sensor. Put key on engine off. Measure needle and ground to get your DC volts.
