Anyone have experience sending their blowers back to Vortech for Rebuild? Mine still spins freely but is making noise from the bearings. They sound really dry. I took the the blower belt off spun by hand and nice and easy spin but noisy.

Easy.
Take it apart.
Save bearings/seal get them at motion industries.
I've done a few. Including twin screw kenne bells.

Great, thanks. Idea and cost for parts? Do you have a list?

Usually under 200-300 high speed bearings can be pricey.
Just take the ones you remove in and have them cross reference it. Including the seal.
Remember to mark the exact order the shins are removed in.
Always check for a free spin afterwards. I've never had to reshim but always a possibility.

Or there are plenty of vendors now that sell pre packaged kits.

I was doing it when your only options were superchargers for less and sending it to the factory for $700
