So ive got an aluminum aftermarket radiator and it has a tiny leak in it, have to add a little coolant once a week. My question is can u run bars leak or whatever its called and it fix it or should i take it out and have it repaired? Or neither lol

Buy a new one, it only gets worse. And any additive you put into your motor to solve a leak is not good for your motor.

I honestly dont know, the guy i got the car from put it in, does it make a difference? Are some fixable and some not?

pics? could take it to a radiator repair shop get it fixed not sure i would put that stop leak in it to fix like neight said.

Never put that anti-leak shit in a radiator. Not only does it stop the leak by plugging the hole, but it plugs up the cores and reduces the cooling efficiency. Just take it to a shop and have it fixed. It'll probably be about $40-$60.

yeah the previous owners of my 70 decided to fix a leak that way and i had to have the radiator completely rebuilt the water pump was toast

Take it to Mervs radiator repair in Petaluma.

Welded up my alum. radiator and pressure tested it for $65.

Get it repaired. That stop leak stuff is for Hondas
Or.. Buy a new OEM...
