I'm new to the engine build. I'm building a 306 and I was wondering what all I need. These are the parts I already have
Heads
Block
306 kit
Upper/Lower intake
Cam
Injectors
Rockers
Just trying to see the rest of the parts I need thanks

I'd throw in a new set of pushrods, a new balancer, head bolts, maybe a new water pump depending on how old your current one is. Did your 306 kit come with gaskets and a timing chain? Did the cam come with new lifters?

No lifters and no gasket or timing chain

What cam and heads are you running? For the timing chain, get a Cloyes double roller. They're a great set and only like $35.
